Innovation is the key to winning this challenge. The 12 home cooks must create a dish using the ingredients from one of the three signature dishes presented. At the 30-minute mark, three dishes are disqualified based on innovation, and at the 60-minute mark, 3 more are disqualified for presentation. Only six dishes will be tasted, with the best securing a spot for the week. All three chefs will taste the dish in order to select the best among all. Watch the episode and find out for yourself. Stay tuned for more episodes and witness the making of tasty dishes by the home cooks.

What sequence is this? First ask them to cook and make plan then while they are cooking hopefully and thoughtfully stop them mid cooking and explaining to them you are out of this challenge by annoying results. Very wrong

1) Rukhsaar chose a platter, her choice of plat was entirely wrong 2)her plate was an absolute mess with no structure 3) Nidhi went with a simple presentation and played smart so Rukhsaar lost due to her risk

Maybe your favorite is out or you're too jealous of her receiving compliments from professionals who is light years ahead of us in understanding what kind of experimental style is used in top restaurants around the world.
