Sir vitreous hemorrhage me vitrectomy two times possible hai? 1st vitrectomy 26july 2024 ko hua h, bahot jayada bleed hai, 2nd time vitrectomy possible hai?

Doctor after Laser again blooding start in my right eye not see clear I wait or go to doctor

Sir i had a ingury in my left eye and have got a vitreous hemarage, but first doctor when did ultrasound/b scan found subretinal hemarage And after taking setroids 1 week later doctor said blood as now spread to vitreous region too , so operation is only choice and even confuse whether retina is damaged or not and said may use silica gel to fill in and again take out , we were completely worried n hope less And we decided to get an second opinion from other retinal specialist So now after getting b scan again doctor says 80% chances are retina is not damaged , but not sure but from experience he says mostly not damaged But still require operation to get out blood from vitreous thick region and behind viterous region And said can wait for an week Sir but my doubt is whether should i wait for another week or not doctor said that ur blood color has started to change from red to yellow n now slight white , sir with the change in color means that there is no active bleeding from the trauma caused I again consulted 1 more retina specialist , from all the previous report studies said that there's a slight blood in the subretinal hemarage and if we try to cure , it may further cause damages to retina (idk while talking dr said subretinal hemorrhage are operated behind from retina ) So it may cause other damage too , so that's all ur luck on your body Sir my doubt if blood started to change color then should i wait for blood to absorb by body itself but every doctor feels operation is ok Or should i go for operation If even on operation if that subretinal part is not touched will that cause future problems ahead , Sir i am very worried 😟 😢 And i am in the final year of my ug btech My aim is to get in defence but all of a sudden this happened, sir what can i do will blood gets absorbed by body itself , i got ingury 13 days ago I really appreciate if u can help me out with this issue sir , pls pls I am a student with hope leaving a msg , i trust u can help me out With this issue Sir i will make sure to get min 1k-1.5k subscribers if u help me out with this through my friends n whatsapp grp sir i am even ready to send all reports n scans to ur emails or phone no. डॉक्टर साहब मेरा Retinal operation 2019 में हुआ । और 5 month after oil remove किया गया। मेरी आंखें लाल रहा करती थी। उस के बाद COVID 19 आगया। और मेरी आंख rede techmen हो गई यनि‌ पर्दा अपनी जगह से हट गया ।सारी सुविधाएं जैसे transport etc. नहीं मिल रही थी। जैसे तैसे Hospital पहुंचा पता चला जिस retina Doctor ने operation किया है वह अब नहीं है । Female Doctor थी। उस कि जगह एक और female Doctor ने देखा और बोली lockdown है परिशान हो जाओगे अब इस को ignore करो । मुझे अभी 7 month से realise हुआ preservative कि वजह आंखें लाल रहा करती थीं। Operation के बाद दुसरी आंख pressure आने लगा मैं अभी preservative free eye drops use करता हूं आंख अब लाल नहीं रहती है।
