I was in search of using jaggery in stead of sugar for preparation of murabba as we know that jaggery is healthier than sugar. I m glad to see. Thanks a lot for giving such an idea. The way u have described for easy preparation is excellent. Superb mam 👌.
One of the best and healthiest recipes you have taught mam, you teach well in detail , love of cooking comes through, you are really great teacher helping people cook complex recipes easily at home , thanks and grateful
Hi aunty g..... Aap jitna accha अचार और मुरब्बा बनाते हैं, उतना he अच्छा और मीठे आवाज में आप बोलती v ha..... आपका जैसा कोई नहीं बताता ha or बोलता है.... 👍👍👍
Very good recipe. May I use khand (brown sugar) instead of jaggery? Secondly may I boil the soft (boiled) aonla in melted jaggery instead of keeping in sunlight?
Thank u for this recipe.....I have made this recipe 2 weeks ago & kept in a airtight glass jar...but today I have seen white fungus are floating on top of jaggery syrup....what I will do next for preserving it for long time?
A lot of care has to be taken while making and maintaining the murabba. *Niyati Patel* The container in which the murabba is kept should be washed with boiled water and dried in the sun or in the microwave, There should not be any wetness or dirt in it, the murabba should come out with a clean spoon, do not put your hands in it. Just like pickle, care has to be taken in the murabba.
Although it is a nice 💯❤😊 idea but the ❓ question is that whether the diabetes patients who are on medicine 💊💉 or using insulin can used this muraba nice 👍 video 📷❤
