The problem is with the cricket academies in India . They give more importance to batsman. Some batsmen pay 5000rs or 10000rs per month , because of them bowlers are becoming bowling machines for them . Coaches are only doing things to satisfy the batsmen . Nothing for bowlers 😓

Bhai me Pakistan se hoo 17 years old hoo or sirf tape ball hi kheli he aj tk. Me ne kal first time hard ball try kia or around 120 ki speed ho rahi thi. Me ne kabhi training nahi ki sirf balling hi krai he or ap meri body right side dekhi na left side se double muscle hei bicep ka bhi or shoulder ka bhi

Wasim Akram and Dale Steyn had said, rather than gym training, spend that time in actual bowling. As Bowler, yes you need gym work but not as much as yo might be doing. Just like anything else in life, the more you do of something, the better you become.
Lekin short run up se high pace generate Karne se injury prone hoga like Bumrah. Sara zor shoulder aur back se lagega. Chote run up se ball pe zyada momentum transfer nhi hota. Little longer but smooth run up and action with complete follow through is the way forward

I think you should look for mistakes and train them for some time then actually implement them in bowling in nets and matches instead of training without actually bowling. i was also watching many videos and doing drills when i started instead of bowling but then i trained less and then implemented those drills in bowling it had improved me a lot
Diet and mentality matters. And if possible go to high altitude for training. Pakistan fast bowlers are all from one region. Khyber. Naseem shah, shaheen shah ,ehsanullah , etc. All all from high altitude where oxygen is low. I also come from a high altitude region. Never played professional cricket. And my bowling speed is first 10 balls 147 to 149. From 10 to 20 balls 143 to 140.

@sahiluttero3285 I live in a kind of high altitude area in KPK as well. We mostly play football at school but there's at least 4 boys who bowl really fast and accurately for their age. I think they could train to be professional if they wanted to.
