I appreciate the effort in making the recipe. Its new for many. Its just a suggestion.....Keep the daal batter thick and Try steaming it rather frying and then make the veg. For steaming put the mixture in a linen cloth....make a potli of it .....once steamed, cut into pieces and use.....either fry or use as it is.
