आलू की सब्ज़ी ऐसे बनाएंगे तो दो की जगह चार रोटी खा जाएँगे Dhaba Style Aloo Bhuna Masala
Ingredients
3 tbsp oil
Pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp cumin seeds
1" cinnamon stick
2-3 onion chopped
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp deggi mirch powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 green chili
1 tbsp coriander stem
2 tomato puree
Salt to taste
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp oil
1 onion diced
1 capsicum chopped
4-5 boiled potatoes
Fresh coriander leaves
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
