I have always cooked like this but in cooker. With fresh ginger garlic(added in hot oil before meat so that we don't get the raw taste of the paste) Very easy. Very quick.

One of the easiest cooks of mutton. So so delicious. Apart from the cutting and a little stirring it's all about the "built up pressure" which did the cooking. I made a little variation and added cut potatoes after 40 mins along with the tomato puree. The ginger garlic were freshly pounded paste... the tomato puree was also made in the mixie. Also the meat was peices of raan. Thank you Bharat for such inspirations. Family slurped it up with steamed rice and a bit of lime.

Everything superbly explained... especially why prepare with "ghee"or "mustard oil", which pieces of mutton used, concept of "heat" when cooking etc...only 1 thing which is conflicting is "🍅"..Chef Ranveer Brar says "mutton aur 🍅 ka koi Mel nahi - mutton ke saath kaande ka Mel hai"... anyway it appears to be quite good...
