Yadi achha sochne se achha hota hai to koi bhi is bat se deny nhi kr skta ki bura sochne se bura nhi hoga. Reality me sirf sochne se kuchh nhi hota. Hmara dimag reality and imagination me fark nhi kr skta. Jab ham mind me kuchh bhi input denge to vah to hme output dega. Exactly, it has happened to me both scenarios. i also wasted my 4 years after my graduation. i was sitting at home and started manifest. Still, i am struggling a lot. Also, death related thoughts tortured me about closeones and about myself I am not able to enjoy a single moment of my life, and i feel always lonely and emptiness
U need to make real goals and work for it systematically with a plan use your mind to find solutions and find out what problems are hindering your success. Me myself gone through this but i realised earlier that thinking alone will give nothing so i made plans worked and expect nothing and things started to work
Even it is for me!!!I got a very intrusive thought and search in google n wasted my 3 year .not able to outside becoz covid and get strubk.with anxiety..still suffering with and. Being unemployed increasing my anxiety
