I tried this recipe exactly as explained and my dish came out very well! For the first time I liked the integration of aloo and pyaaz into bhindi. Otherwise I usually like my bhindi plain without any add-ons. This is my second recipe from the channel which I tried making. First one was Dal Makhani and Naan. That had come out awesome too!

Tips: don’t put the salt until the bhindi is more half done If u put salt earlier whether it is with potato And adding bindi This will make the bhindi to leave its stickyness a lot

Great recipe 👨🍳. Normally at our homes, we add Cumin seeds, methi dana,hand broken red chillies and then the potatoes and finally lady finger. The last minute addition of salt is brilliant idea. Great going chef.
