Maggi ke baad Tata ka prachar , ab dishes average aur product promotion top class ho Gaya. Dhyan do ab channel ( aapka ya kahen hum sabka) neeche ja raha hai. Reason: avg dishes, very long videos consuming lots of data, too much concern on product promotion, copying dishes from other channels rather than being original ( at least give them credit).

Hi Bharat, in malai kofta white gravy you had boiled onions which gives sweet taste or translucent onions , which onions are sweeter brown or translucent. Because both of them give sweet ness. I'm this video you brown onion for dal makhni so that it would be sweet. Can you please clarify.

Bhai tum khana pakane se pehele cleanliness sikhalo. Haat me bhande hue dhaga nikalo. Waha germs ka hub hota hai. Wash karne se bhi nahi jata hai. Every time you have to wash your hnd for minite to get rid of germs as a surgeon does. Tumhara raksha khud karo, dhaga kuch nahi karega.

Hi Bharat, Hope you are keeping safe and sane during the lock down! The dal makhni recipe cooked in here is different from the one you posted earlier... but the taste is just as superb... The technique of making tandoori roti is not easy to master and would need a lot of practice. Good thing we are on lock down, right? :) Thank you for sharing this amazing combo with us.
