Just to update: I literally did your recipe and darn it has come out good :) only since I live in US and do not have a kadai, did it in a sauce pot and still was great with full fat milk 90% and with 10% 2percent milk. No reasons just ran out of milk :D so had to use some of 2% milk. But thank you so much ! Also, PS: Just used 3 TBSPs of sugar rather than 6/7 you used !

Sahi tip tha,Sugar wala... Ese hi sooji or atte k halve me bhi log ese hi karte hai .. sugar pani k sath boil karke dalte hai.. mai pehle Pani dal kar sooji ya atte ko foolne deti hu fhir 5-6 min bad cheeni dalti hu halva bahut yummy bnta hai hard ya tight nahi hota
