1/2 cup Makhana(Foxnuts)
3/4 cup Sabudana (Sago )
1 Medium Size Grated Aloo (Potato )
3 Tbl sp Medium Khatta Dahi(Medium sour curd )
1 Pc Adrak chopped (Ginger )
1 Tikhiwali + 1 Cum Tikhiwali Hari Mirch (1 Spicy + 1 Less spicy Green chilli )
1 1/2 cup water
2 to 3 Rajgiri flour (Amarnath flour )
1 Tsp Sindha Namak (Rock salt )
1/2 Tsp Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder )
1 Tsp Bhuna jeera powder (Roasted cumin powder )
1 small Grated Gajar (Carrot )
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped )
1/2 Limboo ka ras (Lemon juice )(1 to 2 Tsp)
1 Tbl sp Chini powder (Sugar powder )
1/2 Tsp Sindha Namak (Rock salt )
1 Tsp Moongfali oil (Peanut oil )
1/2 Tsp Til(Sesame )
2 to 3 Tbl sp Better
