Samosa Roll Ingredients:
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 6-7 potatoes
• ¼ cup corn flour
• 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
• 2 tsp red chili powder
• 1 ½ tsp garam masala
• 1 ½ tsp Pav Bhaji masala
• 1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• ½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
• 2 finely chopped green chilies
• 2 tsp fenugreek leaves
• 2 tbsp oil
• Water as needed
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Twisted Samosa Ring Ingredients:
• 2 + ½ cups whole wheat flour

1 tsp red Chilli powder
2 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp amchur powder
2 green Chilli finely chopped
½ cup onion finely chopped
¼ cup coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Water as required
Oil to fry
