I don’t think so, I have traveled 2000 km in 3 days with EV only issue was faulty fast chargers on several location s otherwise there was no issues

💯 ev is only for city driving. I have nexon ev xz plus. For city drive. N diesel car for long run.

My Nexon Ev 118000+km used after 117000km battery pack changed

@@DrGadgetOfficial हाँ सर, प्रारंभ में 2 दिन रखे बोले बाहर से इंजीनियर ने आकर देखा है। गाड़ी बन गया है। ले जाओ फिर मैं ले आया। रायपुर सर्विस सेंटर में 53% लेकर निकला था। वहां से मेरा घर 100km है। 53% में आसानी से पहुँच जाता। लेकिन 90km चलकर गाड़ी 0% हो गया। लास्ट 24% में गाड़ी केवल 27-28km चला। मैंने फिर कंप्लेंट किया। फिर गाड़ी को छोड़ने के 5 दिन बाद सर्विस एडवाइसर बताया कि बैटरी चेंज होगा। हमने टेस्ट कर देखा बैटरी में वास्तविक रूप में समस्या है। बैटरी आर्डर हो गया है। 10 दिन में गाड़ी मिल जाएगा। 10वें दिन कॉल आया कि हमारा टीम लीडर बोल रहा है कि गाड़ी को 20% से 100% तीन बार स्लो चार्ज करके देखे। फिर भी समस्या आए तो बताए। मैंने कहा कि मैं 20-25%से 100% हमेशा चार्ज करता हूँ।99% चार्जिंग स्लो चार्जिंग ही करता हूँ। तो टीम लीडर ने कहा कि सेल का बैलेंस बिगाड़ के हमें परेशान कर रहे। मैंने फिर भी बताया कि मैं सॉफ्ट पैडल, सिंगल पैडल ड्राइव करता हूँ। अपना गाड़ी है मेहनत का पैसा लगा है बहुत इज्जत से चलाता हूँ। लेकिन टीम लीडर ने नहीं सुना। अब मुझे गाड़ी 20% से नीचे चलाने का हिम्मत नहीं हो रहा। कहीं अचानक बीच मे न फंस जाऊं। लेकिन एक बार मुझे टेस्ट करना जरूरी है। क्योंकि अब कंपनी कुछ नही करेगा तो मुझे कंज्यूमर फोरम या कोर्ट जाना पड़ेगा। हर समय 20% पर लाकर 100% करने का किसी ओनर मैन्युअल में उल्लेख नहीं है। और हर समय यह करना तार्किक भी नहीं है।

99% people with cars wont travel 100+ kms daily.. money u spent extra on hybrid can be used to change new battery in ev after 8-10 years.

possible, but my car was showing limited performance at 17% in past also, at 34% this was for first time, shows slow declining of battery health.

yes I love to have one ,only issue was budget but now EVs are becoming cheaper so researching for the best one,all thought at that time i was kinda travelling more,I dont think that extensive travelling would be possible in future with this nexon ev specially when this kind of range fall is there

refurbished battery, new battery se jyada hi buri hogi. Ye battery agar sahi ho sakti thi toh try krne layak thi. 100% 3-4 times krke agar sahi hojati toh apki problem solve hojati

Battery warranty me company change ya cells repair karke degi ..cell vala option bhi hai company decide karti hai kisme kya karna h..

New battery is trouble free. Refurbished battery may fail again. Some customers have battery replaced twice reason may be refurbished battery fitment. Reference DDS channel ( ek saale do bar battery change)

@@DrGadgetOfficial many users have got it. Ask crm ( sc) to give email confirmation. It's policy of Tata , let's see if they deny it. Tata has either loaner car or daily alloweance policy . ( I don't know if it's applicable for accident claims, but if battery is changed under battery then it should be)

I don’t think so , Resale value will be good and after time for resale vehicle will be saved substantial amount of money…problem is with charging service and quality assurance

Yes but used ICE will drain pocket because of high maintenance, EV range will decrease but maintenance will be a fraction of ICE vehicle

Jab tak EV chalti rahti hai Maza Bahut ata hai, 87000 km in 22 months, Itna chalana petrol me soch bhi nahi sakta..so EVs are best, its just companies are not providing best quality batteries and Charging services

but sadly sabse zyda vo hi available hai aur vo hi kam ate hain, option nahi hai.

Apne sahi kaha , aisa sab me ho zaruri nahi , maine apna experience share kia aur chargers ka status better ho ye ummid ki hai

so far its not about EVs failure but is about battery quality of certain brands. Evs might only fail in absence of govt. assistance.
