Very different style of kadhi recipe. Could u plz tell how u made lassi??? Is it fresh or old sour lassi?? Does lassi have to b sour???? Plzzzzzz answer Kare????
Thanks for the comment.. the maththa or you can say lassi which i used in my video is home made and fresh.. it is made from curd and that curd was little bit sour.. if you want your kadi to become more sour then you can add some salt in it and keep it for atleast 5 to 8 hours... And about making lassi i just blend curd with blender and added same quantity of water in it... If you like my recipes do share with everyone too.. :)
