I dont have any combination of words to salute you sir.. I saw every video and documentary of ic 814 hijack.. How u reduced speed of flight to get more time for army plan and How u landed at amritsar.. But still our govt did nothing.. How bravely u handled d situation while landing at a road in lahore.. And how u landed at lahore airport.. Den u moved to dubai den kandhar n those 7 days.. No one can understand dat feeling except u sir.. So i just wanna say one thing.. U r a real men and a true hero of our country.. I think dis man deserves ' bharat ratna' .. Who thinks d same like mah comment

I am very fortunate for being a passanger of Air India flight travelling to kolkata Ai 7444 from Agartala and the commander on board was Captain Devi Sharan.To me he is one of the real hero's who saved the lives of 189 passangers except one.And I salute to his courage.He became became a perfect liason between everyone on board and the hijackers and his presence of mind is mention worthy.Really i am proud to be Indian Coz the national career of India Indian Airlines now Air India has got a captain like u.We all salute u.

देवी शरण जी गांव संवत जिला करनाल हरियाणा में पैदा हुए और देवी चरण मेरा बचपन का मित्र भी है हमने 1972 से लेकर 19 सौ 76 तक दोस्ती रही मैं उस वक्त तीसरी क्लास में पढ़ता था और देवी शरण सातवीं क्लास में मेरी बड़ी सिस्टर के साथ पढ़ता था देवी शरण बचपन में बहुत शरारती हुआ करता था और और किसी बात की परवाह नहीं करता था कि वह एक बार माचिस की ट्रिक में मेरा हाथ जला कर वह हंसता रहा और मैं दर्द से चीखता रहा और सबसे बड़ी बात यह है हम दोनों रोज सामत गांव के मंदिर के तालाब में नहाने जाते थे थोड़ा बहुत पहनना भी आता था पर फिर भी हम दोनों अपनी अपनी पैजामा को बॉटम से गांठे बांधकर और उसका नाडा कस के बांध देते थे बाद में पानी में डालकर उसको मुंह से हवा भर भर कर लाते थे और उससे करते थे इनकी माता कौशल्या देवी मुझसे अपने बेटे जैसा स्नेह करती थी इनके बड़े भाई पवन जी एक बहुत ही सीरियस मूड वाले व्यक्ति व्यक्ति है और जगदीश जी अपने पिताजी संतलाल जी के साथ काम में सहयोग करते थे उन दिनों पवन कुमार जी कॉलेज में पढ़ रहे थे और देवी शरण जी से बड़े भाई सतीश कुमार जी भी बहुत अच्छी नेचर के व्यक्ति हैं सिस्टर कांता देवी ज्यादातर मेरी बड़ी सिस्टर लक्ष्मी देवी के आती जाती रहती थी कांता बहन का स्वभाव बहुत ही हंसमुख था जब तक मैं गांव sanwat में रहा तब तक कांता बहन की शादी गाजियाबाद में हो चुकी थी आज जब मैं देवी शरण जी को सोशल मीडिया पर देखता हूं और उनसे बात करने की कोशिश करता हूं तो मुझे कोई जवाब नहीं देते इससे मैं बहुत hurt होता हूं हमें देवी शरण जी पर बहुत गर्व है उन्होंने अपनी सूझबूझ से 814 की हाईजैकिंग को बहुत अच्छे ढंग से निभाया मैं देवी शरण जी के लंबे जीवन की कामना करता हूं धन्यवाद
