Ingredients :
Chopped Palak
Gram Flour as per need
3-4 Tablespoons of Oil
1 Tablespoon cummin and mustard seeds
7-8 crushed garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon Red chilly powder
1 Tablespoon Turmeric powder
Pinch of asafoetida
Salt as per taste
Method:
Heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Add 1 tablespoon of cummin and mustard seeds.
Lower the flame.
Then add 7-8 crushed cloves of garlic and saute well
Now add 1 tablespoon turmeric,red chilly powder and pinch of asafoetida.
Add chopped palak and half cook it.
Once half cooked,then add gram flour until the mixture becomes dry.
You can add gram flour as per your need.
Once the mixture becomes dry after adding gram flour,then cook it for 2-3mins.
