Ingredients to be used:-
1. करौंदे ( Bengal Currant). 1 kG
2. Oil (1/2 cup)
3. Cumin (1/2 TSP)
4. Fennel seeds (1 TSP)
5. Black mustard seeds (1 TSP)
6. Yellow mustard seeds (1 TSP)
7. Asafoetida (1/2 TSP)
8. Fenugreek seeds (1 TSP)
9. Coriander crushed (1Tbsp)
10. Red chilli powder (1 TSP)
11.turmeric powder ( 2 TSP)
12. Kashmiri Red chilli powder (1 TSP)
13. Garam masala powder (1/2 TSP)
14. Panchphoran masala ( 1 TSP)
15. Salt (2 TSP)
