Calmness of mind is a treasure.I want to cultivate it..As you say that we should recognise the power of silence because it the ambience in which life can talk to us..I went through a trauma recently..I tried so hard to get over it but I couldn't.. Now I try to calm down myself instead of reacting.I make myself available for the pain which I tried so hard to forget..I let my peace replace my agitation.. But I want ask you something..If someone does wrong to us is he/she punished in due time?Is it true that wrong karma makes us pay heavy price in the same lifetime?pls answer in another video if you can.

There is a girl in my family she is ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) & autistic she is violent she bites very badly and punch on face in reciprocate I beat some times her ... I lost my control she injured me several times .... how I should handle her just bear the pain....

Its impractical...I think karma is cleared or not can be observed through outcomes of particular action..our focus should be not doing any adarma.. rest success n failures would decide.. By following this one could not respond to calls of jihad n all kinds of anti national anti human activities.

Sir jab saas , bahu ki baat ho tab kya kare, vo hamari service chahti hai aur badle me hate karti hai vo hate itani had tak hota hai ki bahu apane baccho ko kho deti hai, aur fir bhi vo pati ki maa hai use usake liye sab karana pad raha hai kya kare itana gussa aata hai ke muh se nikalta hai 9 saal sahan kiya ab to bhagvan usse sabak sikhaye.
