Bhaitia Saab, sirf SFT005 high value FD open ke liye Notice aate hai kya ? aur uska Niwaran kaise kiya jata hai , agar Please ek video banaye. There is no such Video in You tube on Notices issued to someone for Opening large amount of Time Deposits SFT005.

Thanks My query, I purchased a house 2 year back, it under construction linked plan expected delivery in dec 2024. I am selling another property in June 24. Can I set off capital gain of old property against new property which still under construction buy agreement to purchase was enter 2 year back. How tax can be saved without purchasing another property of bond @ 5 interest rate

Your case appears to be that of claiming exemption u/s 54 on sale of one property by investing in new under construction property. Prima facie I am of the view to the extent you invest the proceeds of sales of one residential house (being sold) in paying the installments of new under construction property the exemption may be claimed.

Rather than sale agreement, sale deed would be more important in my opinion which would be executed post making of complete payment.
