I have debilitated Saturn in the 8th house. I ran my rahu-shani dasha along with sadesati recently ( sadesati is still going on) . No denying it has been the most challenging time period of my life so far . It had a negative impact on almost all spheres of life, a lot of moral dilemmas and introspection. When I look back at that time, I actually feel very grateful. I think it was rich in experience and actually turned a blindly idealistic person into a much more realistic, mature individual. The best thing however has been that the hardships didn't make me bitter rather more aware and kind ! :)

Can apply everything said in the video to my life . 1. A fear of death ( especially of loved ones ) which makes me question the meaning of life . 2. Some dissatisfaction with love life , (since it's my 5th lord) which turns the lover in me into a philosopher. Much introspection on the nature of world love and the conclusion being that the desire for love is really a desire for God . 3. Lazyyyyyyyy! :D

The 8th house is not the house of spirituality, bro. The 8th house is the house of Adharma. It is the house of doubt (Asaraddha), of falsehood (Asatya), of hypocrisy, and of the deepest emotions. The 9th house is the true house of spirituality. One could say the 8th house is the starting point of spirituality because it often signifies a period of depression. When a person is depressed, they often begin searching for happiness. If Jupiter influences the 8th house, the person may seek higher knowledge (aatma) for happiness. If Saturn is in the 8th house, the person may seek instant happiness through astrology or astrological remedies.
