Bhailog ye misconception hai ki uric acid hotey h dal me, or jhaag nikalne se chale jaatey h... Dal me uric acid nhi hotey, hotey h purins(jo body me jakar uric acid bantey h, or normal logo k liye thik h but jinko jodo me dard h unko ye nikal lena chahiye) jinko nikalne k liye dal ko soak kar k ya ek baar boil kr k paani nikal lein... Jhag sirf aesthetic reason se nikala jata hai or ye jhaag protein wagera k wajh se banta hai...
