Bonus amount is totally depends on total yearly earning of a worker. During Bimal period due to agitation wages did not increased and obeously worker yearly earning was not very high and Company easily agree to give 20 percent bonus. This is the fact and Bimal is taking the credit of this situation during his period. After Bimal period wages increased and oviously Bonus increased and it is hard to settle 20 percent.
