Earlier my facial skin looked dull all the time, even in the mornings. But following I did some research and made some adjustments, my face began bright and glowing within a short span of weeks. Here is what I did: I consumed a proper diet that included items such as dal, roti, green vegetables, and brown rice. This assisted heal my body from the inside. I used a face wash with the appropriate pH level and had black rice water. I chose the Litlextraa riceberrry face wash, and it performed wonders for my skin. I formed it a regular practice to drink at least 2 liters of water every day. I engaged in physical activity daily, this made me sweat and removed impurities from my body.

Thanks for today , Earlier I was afraid to apply henna because once I had applied henna, my one to single strand of hair had turned ( i don't why but I visibly noticed) gray.Then I never applied henna because of fear, but just 3 weeks ago i saw your henna remedy video I could not live without applying henna after seeing your faith in one of your videos.And now I mixed coffee and oil and applied henna, my hair was very dry, so I applied a shower cap. Apply moong dal on t zone and leave it for 10 min to control oil secretion Multani mitti + besan apply as face pack. When it starts absorbing, sukhna start hoga then wash it. Dahi besan apply removes clogs Dahi + lemon + besan for tan Pappaya as retinoid Cleanser _ besan + multani mitti Toner _ green tea or diy toner Moisturizer_ gulab gel + aloevera gel mix
Can we store rosewater and aloevera gel mixture if it suits on my skin ? My skin is really oily I haven't got any suitable products for my skin till now . I started following your remidies and let's hope for the best .

I completely agree wid u that food habits really matter a lot. As a part of preity prerna family am nt using market products past 1 year & believe me i didnt hv a single acne breakout on my skin. Past 1 month i hv eaten a few tyms some agdam shagdam foods n nw i hv 3 big pimples on my face.😒
