When the attention of lower court and 1st appellate court was drawn towards false statements for which he did not produced any evidence, but evidence from other side were available on file, but court ignored the submission during oral and written arguments. Can complaint under 340 can be filed during 2nd appeal in high court.
if a wife file criminal case with 4 to 5 allegations, If husband proves one allegation is false then total case will be dismissed?? or court proceed with other allegations?
Hello Sir Ur Videos are very much informative and trust me it helps me to give right direction to my cases. My one question wife put cases on the basis of wrong jurdiction is Res Judicata applicable as the same DV case was dismissed in another court as Dismissed as withdrawn no liberty to file fresh with in week she file same case in another court and fake jurisdiction evidenced in court enquiry.

@@meharsingh2532 yes but it need to be proved first before trial court bcz as per section 164 of Cr.pc there is nothing any provision to administered oath for recording statement in that section.

Sir, My wife registerd a false F.I.R. under 498a,323,504, 506 ,307 and 3/4 dowry against us but on this date we have Showroom vidio of our presence which far from accident place 450 Km. What will your suggestion to the use of 340
@@Mk1983ku Sir IO sab summited the charge sheet to CO sab with in 498a 323 504 506 and 3/4 dowry act and remove 307 but opposite party they again remove the IO SAb . New IO sab also satisfied our evidence that we are not present at accident happed . We have another proof against 498a that we trasfer Rs 6 lac by NEFT to purchase car and before marriage Rs 10000/ transfer into my wife a/c and we have above counterBank slip. सर ...केस समाप्त हो जाये उसके बाद सर्टिफाय कॉपी देखने से एफिडेट मे जो कहा उसमे फर्क है तो हिसाबी रेकर्ड और अन्य झूठ देकर कोर्ट को गुमराह करा तोह उसके खिलाफ कहा केस करे ?

If my divorce petition wife file maintenance application to increase maintenance which was also get from D.V. application & as per asking about income affidavit if wife file false affadavit about suppres material fact in divorce case & in cross I shown her salary bank account fistly she deny & than accept the same. Also said no bank account on affidavit & I shown her another bank account which was she deposit her maintenance cheque . I asking her in production of documents application trough About 5 years bank statement she replied on affidavit that I have not any bank account & after next date she apologized & said I have one bank account but due to not use I not remember the same & she file 4 months Xerox of the said bank account . In cross I confronted her another 2 bank account which was she hide from court. All this things can come in to under CRPC 340 ??? Becouse judge conclude that she did not suppress material fact . Also my devorce petition dismissed without bothering my argument & real fact which I argue in final argument. Please inform me that all this things can come under CRPC 340 ?????
