Sanjay beta, I am very relieved to see you and your family back home. Please rest for at least two months and eat nourishing food. Typhoid is caused by contaminated drinking water, raw vegetables, fruits that are not washed properly with clean water and hands not washed well before eating. In future whenever you all are on travel, stick to bottled drinking water(no glass water in hotel), wash hands properly and always wash raw veggies and fruits before eating. These simple things prevent us from getting sick from many water/food borne diseases such as typhoid. Also take good amount of breaks while traveling. The body can only handle this much. Health is the biggest wealth we have and we should take good care of it and ourselves. Make sure you sleep well too while on travel. I remember you staying up late to edit videos. 7-8 hours of sleep is needed to have good health. Above is my good advice to you and Sharda. Please take care.
