U share so many things sir thank u sir Intermittent fasting is very helpful , 1st is fasting for 16 hours and 8 hours to eat keeps gap that is 16/8, next is OMD one meal a day ,,3rd is 5::2 that is eating 5 days regularly and two days to restricted calories we should avoid all junk foods , benefits of intermittent fasting are 1, growth hormone increases which helps in fat burn and muscle building ,, 2nd helps in insuline sensitivity,, that is it helps to prevent diabetes,, before doing intermittent fasting you must consult a doctor,, it helps in repairing cells, intermittent fasting helps to live long life and, weight loss,and prevent muscle loss, Really very good information sir in this video thanks sir
