घी, दुध, दही etc.. ये सभी मेहनत या exercise करने से digest होता है। Ac मे बैठके आराम करने वालो को ये suit नहीं करता। हम तोह 1 लीटर दूध, आधा लीटर दही, 2 चम्मच देसी घी पीते है औऱ खेत मे मेहनत करते है दौड़ लगाते है। हमें कोई दिक्कत नहीं होती ☺️
I am highly indebted with your great advice...becoz I consume around 200 ml of milk with protien powder ENSURE....And I gymming regularly...But my cholestrol level is very good but unfortunately my tryglicarides are around 295...and plateletes counts are always below 2.50 lacs Sir...My age is 56...Advice me what else should I do🙏
Absolutely right sir...my cholesterol level was in border line...but i started milk everyday it increased drastically, now I have stopped however ldl is not getting down... but milk was only thing that I added in my diet and due to that it happened
