I have used two Sony Ericsson phones. 1 was T105 back in 2005 and the other was W950i in 2008. Being a non camera phone, even until recently I have used it for work. The W950i works exactly as it was when i bought. Even the original battery still gives one day backup. Hard to believe, a 15 years old phone works exactly the same as was in 2008 even with heavy use. I gave my T105 to a friend. Otherwise, I am sure that also would have remained in working condition.

Till 4 years back my entire family was using Sony Mobile phone then switched over to One plus. Biggest drawback with Sony was no good service center then spares problem n unavailability of battery. It used to hang a lot n poor software updates. otherwise it's display n audio was awesome.

Just a correction Sony first depended on Symbian OS, they launched phones in Xperia series much later that's when they Switched to Android, which was too late, as by this time Samsung started manufacturing Android phones with lot of Innovation.. By the way Sony still makes Mark series phones which are still sold on Amazon India..

Thank you Rajnikant for this update. I must tell you that I have been an ardent fan of SONY MOBILE. So much so, that because when I wanted to buy a newer SONY phone, I asked my friend in Dubai, my cousin in Bahrain..and then my cousin in USA, who got it for me and since my Uncle was coming from USA, I cud get it ASAP. This was in Oct 2022. It was Xperia 3 - V. But sad to say, now the display is having all kinds of lines and there is no one in India who can correct it. After two months of struggle I finally got a One Plus 12 R. And, Iam using the SONY phone for its quality sound to play Spotify on my Bluetooth speakers. Yes, SONY camera, sound, playstation, display were all of amazing quality... But that is all now past for me. RIP SONY

Aaj bhi mai Sony ke mobile ke taras raha hu..abhi filhaal Walkman for audio quality ke liye kharida hai, with Sony headphones. Isliye mere samne iPhone bhi rakh do,to bhi mai Sony ka phone prefer karunga..aur isliye shayad Japan me ye phone use Kiya ja raha hoga.for Quality purpose.

I have the Sony Bravia TV and that is so perfect and sturdy. I love the brand. Can't forget my Xperia Z. The Xperia Z had a wonderful screen and was like a water screen so live to eyes. Today i hold a 50000₹ phone but I do not see any better display than the Sony in any phone (except iPhone).

Mere first 3 mobiles sony k hi the , k750, k810 and satio, fir sony ne bye bye keh diya hume. Me avivi sony ka fan hu, earphone to aaj tak me sony k alaba leta hi nahi hu. Sony ki baat hi kuch aur hai, sony mobiles k fanbase alag hi level k hote hai. Aaj v me iPhone k jagah sony ko prefer karunga. Par ye baat maanni paregi ki price comparatively high hoti hai dusre brands se.

I agree with you bro that Sony phones were expensive compared to their competitors. However there software used to have almost no bloatware but some useful apps developed by Sony itself. I shifted to Samsung from Sony when it quit the Indian market. Before that I had used Sony Ericsson K700i which was gem of a feature phone which unfortunately was stolen. Then I had Xperia Arc a wonderful android phone lasting me for 4 years. The last one was Xperia XA Ultra. Similarly in laptops Sony had the best quality hardware. My 12 year old VAIO is still working. In TVs Bravia rules.

I am also sony lover and using mobile since Walkman series, what a sonic sound really no body compared sony, after I purchase xperia series, presently I am using xperia 10ii, very slim and very nice phone, actually indian people don't deserve Sony, they alway will to by cheapest phone low range phone with more expectation that are not full filled by other companies. I hope Sony will be coming soon in India 🇮🇳.
