Actually fasting ia good for health and during Ramazan Shareef we fast for 14 to 18 hours. So over all its very good. The problem is that the mijority don't follow the right way of eating as advised by the (Holy Prophet S.W.W.W) That is eat less. So you need to update this point. I remember Dr B you were instructed by Dr Rozinah in Kualalumpur and she told you the same thing also. If someone neee the video I have it.

I saw tweet on a varified twitter account that only posts about world stats, that was ranking wise - muslim countries has high number of diabetes patients as compared to others. In top 10, 7 were muslim countries, 1st was pakistan and so on. Every one was shocked in comment some stated that they eat more sweets.

Sir aap kya ramzan ke roze ke bare m baat kr hai ramzan me raat me khana na khana apni marzi hai iftar bilkul aapki advise wale time per hi start hota h normal 5 to 7 pm n sehri near to sunrise hi hote hai. Ha log zayada pet bhar bhar ke kha leta hai rat me bhi sahri m bi wo unki mistake hai galat samay par khud khate zayada isme Ramadan ka difficulty nahi logo ki hai discipline maintain nahi karte honge .

@@Babirawat89 I take fruit sometimes in breakfast or normal breakfast. In lunch 1 & 1/2 roti , salad and sabji. Tea at 4 PM. After this I take evening dinner.

रात को भुख लग्ने पर निंद नहीं आती साहेब कूच तो खाना पडता है... ओर सब से बडी बात दीन भर मेहनत करने वाला इंसान पियेंगा कब... सबको ही बीमारी नहीं होती आप को टाइम के अभ्यास को बडा ना होंगा.... मैने कई ऐसे देखे जो duty के हिसाब से दिनचर्या रखते है ओर एक भी bimari नहीं ओर तुम् कॅन्सर का डर दिखा रहे हो 🤣🤣
