I am a Bangladeshi, the truth is that the Indian government has supported Sheikh Hasina and not the people of Bangladesh. For this, the anger of the people of Bangladesh is on the Indian government, not on the people of India. Javed Bhai is right.🇧🇩👍

Our Islamists are not kind of terrorists organizations. They just want no anti-islamic policy in the country. Even islamists want to live with people of other religion with peace and harmony. if India keep a friendly relation with Bangladesh, we Bangladeshi also want our relation to improve.

I seriously wonder if any Bangladeshi RU-vidr from Bangladesh can go to India and ask questions like if Muslims feel safe in India or not! In Bangladesh, you can because people are mostly secular here. India has a Hindu Fundamentalist party running the country for a long time now. But in Bangladesh, the muslim Fundamentalist party never got peoples support, although for a short-term, they had a minister or two with the BNP Govt. The word Hatred is an understatement of what I feel about India. The more reports being published about activities of Hasina and India's direct involvement in those crimes, the more I feel angry. Horrible neighbor. India must not forget that we Bangladeshis didn't tolerate Pakistan's oppression and didn't hesitate to sacrifice 3 million lives for our freedom. We will not hesitate to sacrifice our lives to thwart Indian hegemony. If India tries to destabilize us, we will destabilize India. It was Bengali freedom fighters who fought tooth and nail for 9 months and India took the credit. As Major Gaur from Bihar Regiment of Indian army said, without Mukti Bahini, Indian Army wouldn't even be able to cross the border in 13 days.

Red mike, you are doing an excellent ground reporting from bangladesh, but why you ask questions in hindi to the bangladeshis people, ( some of them are comfortable like this gentleman from "prothom aloo.") hindi is not their language, those who are able to speak some hindi is mostly because of the hindi movies. Useing hindi as communicated medium is like taking them for granted. This is another example of big brotherly attitude they complain about India. Next time take a good bengali interpretator with you.

All policies were taken to benefit India. And Hasina was providing that without question.

Abhi haal ke BD floods ke liye bhi humare External Affairs ministry ko bayan dena pada hai ki they are not because of the Farakka Barrage. Narazgiyan bahut purani hain and a lot has to do with Indian manipulation and arrogance. Water sharing par BD has always felt the agreements have been unjust... But we have also to remember how the Bangladeshis nurture and respect the cultural icons like Rabindranath Thakur, Atulprasad...and many writers, poets etc - and how the Baul tradition straddles across the "2 Bengals"...

Saurabh bhai, as a Bangladeshi we don't have any issues with Hindu or Indians but modi or BJP has religious extremism mentality & hatred towards minorities in India so , Bangladeshi doesn't like modi-BJP & their policies. And government don't have enough respects towards any of India's neighbour countries . Border killings by Indian soldiers is a big anger. India never follows River water sharing deals with Bangladesh. When it's rainy season they release all the dams & barrages and when it's dry they don't shares a drop of water. Border (Corridors) using, rail routes using , gas so many more benefits are taken by India through Indian puppet hasina. In short, any deals India asks that's only for their benefits and Bangladesh gets nothing from it. These are the things India should rethink to improve relations with neighbours or anti India sentiments will keep growing in every neighbourhood countries not only in Bangladesh 🇧🇩 be good, be nice 👍

India opened the Farakka Dam under false pretenses, causing significant concerns for Bangladesh. While many Indians work in Bangladesh, the same opportunities are not available for Bangladeshis in India. India engages in extensive business with Bangladesh but often halts the export of essential goods when it suits their needs. Although India has benefited from using Bangladesh's rail, air, water, and land routes, they, along with Nepal, have not reciprocated by providing transit facilities for our exporters. Our previous government has been overly accommodating to Prime Minister Modi in order to maintain its position, while students and the public have been mere spectators. India has always positioned itself as the 'big brother' or 'Dada' in the region, which has led to a sense of resentment among Bangladeshis. This attitude is seen as an extension of India's superiority complex, bordering on a kind of national psychosis that disregards the feelings and needs of its neighbors. If India wishes to prosper, it must allow us the same opportunity. A change in India's attitude towards Bangladesh is essential for fostering a more equitable and respectful relationship between our nations.

India has imposed unjust treaties and did not treat Bangladesh as an equal partner. All unfair illegal treaties need to be reviewed and Bangladesh should consider India as a threat until she displays contrition and true neighbourly behaviour.
