Your recipes are wonderful but this one didn’t turn out that good. I suddenly remembered that years ago my MIL used to add methi dana and adrak instead of garlic! Just FYI.

Khata meetha kaddu if cooked with imli pulp& slight sugar or sugar free gives best taste . It require much imli pulp for best results.
