Very good recipe. Needed to soak the sabudana that I had for 6-7 hrs. I had dry roasted the peanuts one day before. When I was making sabudana khichdi, I used a Mixy for a second or two. Got two types of peanut texture, coarse powder and crushed peanuts- used them seperately as per recipe.
