Makhana (Fox nuts) - 50 gm
Pumpkin seeds - 50 gm
melon seeds - 50 gm
Roasted Chana - 50 gm
Almond - 50 gm
Poppy seeds -50 gm
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Mishri ( Rock Sugar) - 100- 150 gm or 1 cup
1 cup water
Fig ( Anjeer) - 100 gm
2 Tbsp desi ghee ( optional)
