Should have a complete Blue Print or Roadmap for developing our Rural sector. This Model can be applied for the rest of the country. In IIT, IIM also there should be a stream for Rural development so that the talent will be pooled back to our villages. Govt should appoint these talents.

2018 में मैं बेरोजगार था।सीड कंपनी में काम पाने के लिये लगातार कोशिश कर रहा था।resume , interview दे रहा था।पर मेरे physical standard और अनुभवी ना होने के कारण जॉब मिल नहीं रहा था।2020 में पहली बार एक सब्जी कंपनी में जॉब लगा।कंपनी नई थी मैं भी इस क्षेत्र में नया था।परिणामस्वरूप टारगेट अचीव नहीं हो पाया।मेरा जॉब 6माह ही रहा और जुलाई 2019 में जॉब छूट गया।पर इस जॉब में एक बात रहा।कोविड में जहां हर किसी का जॉब जा चुका था।लोग गांव लौट चुके थे और बेरोजगार था। मेरे पास lockdown में जॉब था। मैं फिर से बेरोजगार हो गया। मैं काफी पतला दुबला था।ऐसे में कोई रखना नहीं चाहता था। पहली कंपनी में मैं काफी मेहनत किया था। इसके बावजूद कोई परिणाम नहीं निकला मैं बहुत परेशान था। फिर एक दोस्त के पैरवी पर एक कंपनी में जॉब मिला। पर वह 3 माह के लिये शार्ट टर्म के लिये ही था। 3 माह के अवधि में मैं बहुत मेहनत किया।इनमे मैं एक promotional video बनाया था।जो कंपनी को पसंद आया और वह अपने फेसबुक पेज में अपलोड कर दिया।इस से प्रभावित होकर डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर ने मुझे एक कंपनी में रख लिया। इस नई कंपनी में मैं फिर अच्छा काम किया। परिणाम भी अच्छा या रहा था। समय के साथ मैं इस कंपनी को भी छोड़ seed सेक्टर को छोड़ दिया।कारण की फील्ड में बाइक से घूमने में प्रति दिनखर्च था।और मेरा रोज का हाजरी भी पाना मुस्किल था।साथ ही अतरीरिक्त खर्च भी था। समय के साथ मेरा स्वास्थ्य गिरता गया। पर किसानों से मिलना। खेत खलिहान में घूमना, किसानों को मार्गदर्शन करना,सही बीज और उर्वरक के बारे में बताना। सोचता हूँ तो अपने को धान के हरे खेत,सुनहरे बालियों से लहलहाते बहियार में पाता हूँ।

In 2017 I relocated from Delhi to my ancestral village Abhaipur in Lakhisarai district, Bihar since luckily I got a job in a project management consultancy for a rural electrification project focused on providing electric infrastructure in agricultural fields for irrigation so that huge cost of irrigation through diesel pumpset could be saved. When I started staying in my village, I tried to convince the mukhiya and my barahil ( agriculture manager) to switch to organic farming and too through contract farming but none of them paid any heed to my ideas and on the contrary they must have make joke of me saying Dilli mein kya naukri kar liya, aaya bada Hume sikhane...... On seeing this video I was so happy that the efforts, vision and mission of team Dehaat has been so successful. Food security is most important for any country because a soldier also can't fight empty stomach for long. And food is a thing cherished most my humans. So I always say Kisan comes foremost and the efforts to improve the conditions of agriculture and farmers in the country deserves 21 topo ki salami. A big round of applause for team Dehaat. 👏 👌🙌👍
