I have seen Gurgaon since 1987 it is good for job seekers but Noida is well planned and affordable city with lots of opportunities specially a second jome for migrated. In the next 10 years Noda region will be on top.Noida in fact was much developed than Gurgaon even in 1990's but misrule of f SP and BSP neglected it and the must of corporates shifted from Delhi to Gurgaon which was a crucial thing for Gurgaon popularity but now Jewar Airport has changed the scenario completely

Misleading video...regarding Airport...IGI is nearer and closer to Gurgaon than Any part of Delhi itself...and Jewar Airport shall remain as a regional airport, while IGI is international hub..Gurgaon to IGI 20 minutes, while Noida to IGI 1 hr 30 minutes..In entire NCR, Gurgaon is best in terms of gentry..but, water logging during rainy season is a problem..but New Gurgaon across Dwarka Expressway has solved the problem also.

Then why government is wasting money on making a regional airport?, Noida international airport will be largest in Asia and 3rd largest in the world and twice as bigger then IGI with the capacity of handling 12cr passanger annually (FYI-IGI current capacity is 6.5cr). NIA will surve the passanger from all over the world and will overtake IGI in next 10-12 years in passanger handling.
@@SachinSingh-hl5gj first of all making regional airport is not wastage of money...and second, Jewar airport is never meant to replace IGI, neither it has such potential considering locational edge of IGI..Jewar was built to supplement IGI, when IGI becomes super saturated.. it is estimated to take nearly 30 years or more to saturate IGI.
Noida is international airtport built because the IGI airport in delhi has reached full capacity and cannot expand. So all new routes will come in Noida airport only.. from all parts of the world.. also the distribution of flights will take place on completion of first two airstrips. Noida internation airport will get around 20% of internation fights in next 10 years only.. that will help noida to beat gurgoan in upcoming years. Also gurgoan is private city.. means the huda allots a large sector to developers to build the entire mini city on it.. while in nodia the authority gives only a chuck of land to individual developers so the developers cannot rule the land as in case of gurgoan and have to rely on govenment for security and adminstration. With better adminstration noida doesn't get traffic jams and water management is good and in rains noida water is not blocked anywhere.

नौकरी एक मजबूरी है वर्ना गुडगांव एक गांव ही है नोएडा से इसकी तुलना बेकार है टूटे फुटे फुटपाथ कोई 5 सालों में कनेक्टिविटी की कोई तरक्की नहीं इतने सालों में यूपी में कितने सारे एक्सप्रेस वे मेट्रो तैयार हो गए रेसिडेंशियल के मामले में सबसे बेकार है यहां मकान कोठियां बनी है केवल रेंट से कमाने के लिए ओनर भी ज्यादातार बाहर रहते हैं मुझे स्ट्रीट वॉक बहोत पसंद है लेकिन गुडगांव मे टूटे फूटे धूलभरे फुटपाथ मूड खराब करते हैं पुलिस की पेट्रोलिंग वैन का कोई पता नहीं होता रात में
Gurugram is best.....i have visited both....infact gurugram is better than anyother city....i have been to mumbai and bengaluru too.....only Hyderabad comes near it.....
Gurugram is only a compulsion not a choice for a common job seeker.Given the same jobs Noida is much more preferable place.But Noida will very soon beat Gurgaon
