Hi Kanak di , I liked this recipe a lot and its a simple procedure to follow. I am sure that I will try this recipe But I have a doubt that after kneading the dove well can we add milk instead of water to make the recipe more tasty?
No you should not add milk because milk will leave more ghee and the dough will become very soft and oily and the shakarpare fatt jaaenge fry krte tym....so avoid milk😋😋
Your recipes are perfect always this too looks perfect I'll try.... can you please tell which brand kadhai are you using to fry the sakarpara... Also in your last video you showed that black silicone spatula... I liked that and I wish to place an order for that but because of mixed reviews I was little skeptical ... If you've used that already please lemme know so that I can well place an order for that...
