About This Video :
In this video I will discuss about the various method to handle the dampness in the internal wall of the building. and I will tell about the various method and chemicals which is used for the treatment of dampness in the building. dampness is very e dangerous problem for the strength of the building because the deterioration of plaster and brick is very harmful for the house. so it is important to lay down the DPC layer at the the construction phase on the the plinth beam or plinth level. so please use DPC layer for waterproofing and damp proofing of your building and ignored the future problems regarding water seepage.

Useful information, but before applying this/these methods I think first we should stop the water LEAKAGE or repair the source of incoming water cos without stopping the leakage source ,you can't get good result..

Strip all plaster 2ft from base of all walls. Clean thoroughly. Apply Dr. Fixit 112 pidifin 2k as per box instructions. Replaster using PMM as follows 1 bag cement + 250 ml drfixit lw 101 + 5 cement bags of seived sand.

The rear wall of my house is attached with a vertically cut land. Wall width is about 18", attached with backyard land without leaving any space. In rainy season, the resar wall get dampen, resulting in peeling of putty and paint. Please suggest how to get rid of this dampness problem. Thanks

Actual root cause fix not mentioned in video, I mean water leakage solution. if we cover dampness one place with the process you mentioned, then leakage will occur in another near by area due to still the water leakage persists.. hope you got it.. plz help with the steps to find the actual leakage where it happens.

Sir,it is very important to find out the root cause from where the dampness penetrate in to the inside wall. First we have to rectify from external wall with proper water proofing followed by internal wall.

Very important information given by you sir, thanks for this. When a solution is prepared by mixing 1 kg of cement in 1.5 kg of super latex on the brick wall, then it can be painted with a brush or it will have to be diluted with water.

सर वीडियो बहुत जानकारी भरा है आपको इसके लिए धन्यवाद। सर मेरा घर बहुत पुराना है और सिल्लियों की छत है। दिवारे पत्थरों की एक डेढ़ फुट चौड़ी है जो चुने की बनी हैं हर साल बरसात में और कोहोरे के टाइम बहुत गीली हो जाती है। तथा प्लास्टर भी फुल कर गिरने लगता है। फर्श भी हरसमय गीला गीला रहता है। मकान दुबारा बनाने के पैसे ना होने के कारण हर साल रिपेयर करवानी पड़ती है और बीस पच्चीस हजार रूपये हर साल खर्च हो जाते है पर रिजल्ट जीरो होता है। कृपया करके कोई उपाय बताए। अथवा कमसे कम कीमत में मकान दुबारा बनाने का तरीका बताए। धन्यवाद

Excellent was looking for this information. Now a days the Mistry don't want to take small jobs even if they have to sit idle. Now I can do it on my own. Just one question, in my case water is leaking from the edges of floor tiles to the wall. So what stuff should I put in those tiles gaps please??? Need to get this done ASAP.

You are totally wrong about dampness....I agree with your solution but you don't know the reason of dampage Reason 1=salty soul used to high the level of house Again salty water used for construction. And the main reason is place where you going to develop your residential area.

Sir hamne agriculture land ko legally housing land mai convert karvaya aur vaha ghar banvaya but jaise aap jante hi hai ki odisha mai bahut tufan aa rahe hai to ghar ke andar ki diwaro ne bahut moisture capture kar liya hai aur 1 to 2 feet tak hamesha moist hi rehta hai but paint putti ya plaster bahar nahi aata to mai bina paint hataye is problem ko solve kaise kar sakta hu please bata dijiye sir . Agar aap bataye to bahut meherbani hogi sir . 🙏🙏🙏

External plaster kiya hai aapne.......aur aapne DPC layer diya tha.

Hello Amit Apke bataye se kiya jayega to b wall ki bricks me ander tak water seelan to jayega hi… bricks and internal cement kamjor hogi Waqt k sath… Isse bachne k liye kya kiya ja sakta hai… Seelan wall me niche se chad raha aur isko permanant rokna hai

Bhai , Jo primero pro bitomen ,jo black paint hota ha , jise hm dpc mein use krte hai ,silan ko rokne k liye ,agar usko hi wall par use kar le , uske baad putti or fir paint kya yeh sahi nhi ha ? Pls jitne bhi coment pd rahe ha reply kare

Amit ji apne jo medium dampness ka baat bole wahan pe agar hum Dr fix it ka guard double code wall mein dene ke baad apne jo bole the na k phir se dr fixit ka guard white cement k sath milak wall me de ne k liye .agar hum 2nd step white cement na de k agar putti k sath Dr fixit ka latex mila ke agar de de wall mein to hoga sir.aur agar putti k sath pluster paris cement milak uske Sath Dr fixit ka latex ya guard bhi ho to bhi chalega kya. Pls baataiena.
