Ingredients :
Chana Daal : 1.5 Cup
Rice : 1 cup
Tomato medium chopped :4
Desi ghee : 4 tbsp
Water : 3 cup
Salt : 1 tbsp + 1 tsp /or to taste
Dry spices:
Red chilli : 3
Clove:4
Green Cardamom:2
Black Cardamom:1
Cinnemon:1 inch
Cumin seed: 1 tsp
Black Pepper : 12-15
Bay Leaf : 3
Star Anise : 1
For Tomato Chutney :
Medium size tomato: 3
Ginger: 1/2 inch
Coriander leaves : 1 bunch
Salt : to taste
Red chilli :1
For Curd Raita:
Curd : 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves : 1/2 cup
Cumin seed powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chilli : optional
