You need to keep update yourself as per financial market conditions; new age battles cannot be won by old weapons or tactics. Same in your job, to get a better hike/position or to switch to new job; you have to upgrade yourself, merely doing same thing for year not guaranty's job security now a days. Your company/employer, will definitely replace you with new age generation's modern knowledge, skills and younger energy.
