I added chilli powder to the sauce mix to make it a bit more spicy. Since red chilli sauce was added to the marinade, I added green chilli sauce to the sauce mix. Awesome receipe indeed.

Very well explained. I love watching your easy cooked food. Instead of vinegar can we use lime juice as for bones vinegar not good for elder people.
