I want you to experiment. Children who live in hostel or working people don't have access to grinder. Cook urad dal in pressure cooker for 20 minutes more ,add rice flour and keep over night . Mix ingredient . People want protein in uattapam or idly. In many restaurant dal remain, in many marriage function dal remain. Add curd to give bacteria of fermentation. Curd bacteria gives better flavor of fermentation, even if it is Instant. Thanks for this vedio. Jay bharat.
