Wow in my country we call it yam seed we don't eat it but the root we boil and fry with fish and chicken it's a new thing I learn thank for sharing God bless u sis
After diwali we get to see in Mumbai market especially in Dadar and Thane market mostly adivasi bring from near by jungles . We call it karinde. Just boil with salt to taste and eat peeling like potatoes good for health.
