nice receipe. मै महाराष्ट्र से हूँ. हमारे यहाँ शेव भाजी बनायी जाती है. बस उसमे जो रस /तर्री होती हैं वो आपने जैसे बनाया मसाला उससे काफी मिलता जूलता हैं. बेसन की जगह हम तली हुयी सेव डालते हैं .

नगमा Siddiqui जी बेसन की सब्जी की प्रकृति होती है कि वो पानी को साख लेती है आप इसे बनाकर आधा धन्टा रख देगीं तो ये पानी सोख कर तरी बाढी हो जायेगी व बहुत ही स्वादिष्ठ सब्जी बनेगी यदि शुरू में कम पानी उालते हैं तो बाद में सब्जी एकदम सुखी हो जाती है इसलिये शुरू में पानी थोड़ा ज्यादा ही डालना है। Regards
