This is by far the best Dum aloo recipe I've found on youtube. The first time I made this recipe I followed all the instructions. The second time I skipped kashmiri chillies paste. This recipe is just fine without the paste. The paste made it taste weird. Otherwise this is a great recipe. Thanks for sharing....
When I was studying in Aligarh,Tab main ek hotel mein dum aalo khane jaata tha aur woh aalu ke andar paneer daalta tha..aalu ko half cut krne par uske andar ka paneer combination alag level ka tha..

@@atulborkar3504 Bro you got the wrong meaning of that. What staunch means here is she is very strick or say very loyal to non veterinarian dish. Like someone who cannot stay without non-veg in every meal. Veg dish is out of question for them. NOW this particular dish had changed her mind towards veg dish as well.

Have been following your channel since long. What set your channel apart was the detailed food science explanations that you gave, which were available nowhere else. I miss those recipes. I like these videos too but I hope you start posting recipes with awesome food science stuff. Have a nice weekend :)
