The way what you cook Mutton by adding spices with interval of 5 mins cooking is new idea for me...and in the last straining the curry is quite good idea.....!! Wonderful....I loved it....!!
Thanks. In most of the five star hotels they always strain meat gravy to remove dry spices and residual to make it more refined and smooth..they add extra effort that is why they charge 10 times.
I will try this next time. I use to make in Punjabi style with ghee and all the masala you used and it is very similar to your style but in the end Ratanjot was something I never tried.

What is Kalpasi and Ratanjot? And What do these spices do? Do we get these spices in Delhi? This is for the first time I have come across these spices. Will surely try this recipe.
Kalpasi is a herb which is also known as stone flowers. It is available in Delhi. You can check in local spice market and also available online. Ratanjot is a natural color agent. It just give a nice red color in the gravy. Mostly used in Kashmiri cuisines.
