Sapna Tamta, Uttarakhand की Pithoragarh जिले की रहने वाली हैं. तमाम तरह के शारिरीक और मानसिक यातनाओं को छेलने के बाद आज समाज में एक सशक्त महिला के रूप में खड़ी है. शादी के बाद ससूराल में Domestic violence का सामना करना पड़ा. जिसके कारण ये बिल्कुल मानसिक तौर पर टूट चूकी थी. लेकिन अपने हौसले और हिम्मत से काम लिया और आज समाज में एक सशक्त महिला के रूप खड़ी है जिनकी कहानी वास्तव में प्ररणादायक है.

बेटी तुम बहुत बहादुर हो । विधवा हो जाना औरतो को अच्छा या बुरा होने का प्रमाण नही है । जिस तरह मर्द बिधुर हो कर भी निष्कलंक की तरह बिन्दास जिता है उसी तरह स्त्रियों को भी जीना चाहिए । अगर पुरूषो की अकास्मिक मौत हो जाती है तो उसमे स्त्रियों का कोई दोष नही होता है ,बल्कि उसके जीवन मे दुखो का पहाड़ आ जाता है । परन्तु जो दोष देते हैं उनसे अलग हो कर जीना ही अच्छा है ।❤

बहन आप बहुत हिम्मती हो,मै अपनी आंखो के सामने देखी हूं ऐसा बहत सी स्त्रियां झेलती हैं पर उनका कोई और ठिकाना नहीं होता इसलिए पति, सास ससुर सबकी सेवा गुलाम की तरह करती हैं फिर भी अपमानित होती हैं। अच्छे दिनों की उम्मीद में पर वो अच्छा दिन कभी नहीं आता और वे बूढ़ी हो जाती हैं।

It is so important to have understanding parents. IN most of the cases it is the parents alone who give this unflinching support to a child. It must have been so difficult for them to see their daughter first as a widow and then in a very difficult and demeaning marriage. I wish the lady all the best and sincerely hope that she recovers soon from the trauma.
