I am a doctor by profession, all I can say is, no one can feel the difference in taste if this was cooked in 15 mins instead of 5 mins. Till the age of 40 if you consume this type of short cut recipes with high flame, you will face the consequences in your later life. The ideal flame should be low to medium while cooking. Your kids will love this kind of tasty short cut cooking foods but in long run their body's system will get ruined. I am not here for a debate, read the books you will know. I just commented because many mothers watched this so they should know what they are doing. I suggest if cooking for 30 mins can save your child health then prefer that over this kind of 5 mins recipes
Good point. Also the amount of saturated fat in malai. It's quite high. Definitely not good for health. Such dishes are not good for regular consumption. Most of their dishes are rich in butter, ghee or cream or fried in lots of oil which are not good for regular consumption.
