Great, congratulations to Sridhar Vembu, I established and managed my Dutch company in Mumbai in a similar way, all my colleagues were happy as well as I had created factory and office environment in such a way that they didn't feel like going home. I also made it possible that my every colleagues' family visited our offices and factory to feel proud of his/her partner 's work. I also physically touched every colleague of mine to create personal bond with me. My wife and secretary gave their production incentive at their homes to observe their living conditions, so that if necessary we can help them out of established company rules and regulations. Our company cd retain 99% market share for 10straight years till I was the manager.
I am 68 yes old, was in govt job, worked for about 39 yrs. Inspite of that I listen you very carefully. You are so well in teaching thru' stories. I find this vedio so incouraging. Had I was born in this era I could have proved myself. Although I worked in very prestigious Airlines but much is to b improved to make employees 'work with comfort n enthusiasm' . My hobby is to think and work on active ingredient or perfomance chemicals which is not manufactured in our country and with grace of god I am so far able to develop four products.
