If you give the proportion of all the ingredients, it would be great help. Btw, you have given the proportion of chilli peppers and sechuan peppers but forgot to mention proportion of black salt.

Namaste. I want to know the third ingredient in this recipe, all i hear is timur and i saw red chillies fried and flaked. what is the third ingredient that is powdered please. i dont speak nepali so any help in translation is appreciated. thank u
